These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Bugxy, including the website, Chrome extension, dashboard, recording tools, sharing features, and related services. By creating an account, connecting Google Drive, installing the extension, or using Bugxy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Bugxy helps you record browser issues and create developer-ready reports. Depending on your settings and browser permissions, Bugxy may capture browser video, console logs, network requests and responses, interactions, navigation, URLs, browser details, viewport information, and timing data.

You may use Bugxy only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your Google account, and all activity performed through your Bugxy account.

Bugxy uses Google Drive as a connected storage provider. Bugxy currently requests the limited drive.file permission, intended to access files created or used by Bugxy for your recordings. Bugxy is not intended to browse unrelated files in your Drive. Google Drive remains subject to Google's terms, policies, availability, and account controls.

You retain ownership of your recordings, notes, tags, telemetry, and other content you submit or create. You grant Bugxy a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. You must have authorization to record, upload, process, and share anything captured through Bugxy. Do not capture passwords, payment details, access tokens, or confidential information without permission.

Bugxy may let you create shareable links. You are responsible for deciding who receives a link and for the information included in the shared report. Anyone who obtains an accessible share link may be able to view the information made available through it.

Deleting a recording in Bugxy requests deletion of its associated video file from Google Drive and removes the Bugxy recording metadata. This action cannot be undone. If Google Drive cannot delete the video, Bugxy keeps the recording metadata and reports the error. A recording may become unavailable if its Drive file is deleted, moved, or permission-restricted outside Bugxy.

• Do not use Bugxy for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not record people or systems without required authorization.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account, recordings, reports, or Drive files.
• Do not bypass security, authentication, usage limits, or access controls.
• Do not distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized content through Bugxy.
• Do not interfere with or overload Bugxy, its APIs, infrastructure, or other users.

Bugxy, including its software, branding, interface, documentation, designs, and technology, belongs to Bugxy or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Bugxy or its intellectual property to you.

Bugxy may rely on Google Sign-In, Google Drive, browser APIs, hosting providers, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Bugxy does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or policy changes.

Bugxy is an evolving service. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that Bugxy will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every browser, website, operating system, or device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bugxy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Bugxy does not guarantee that recordings will capture every event, that technical data will always be complete, or that a bug will be reproduced or resolved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bugxy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Bugxy's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or [Fixed Amount], whichever is greater.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Bugxy and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and suppliers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of Bugxy, your content, your violation of these Terms, another person's rights, or applicable law.

You may stop using Bugxy at any time. Bugxy may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, abuse the service, or if continued operation is no longer practical. Provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other provisions intended to survive will remain effective.
